Your logic is nice, but you need to understand the correlations with HFCS and mercury; it literally degenerates the neuron's growth within the brain.

People get fat because they are uneducated and "lazy." If they understood how much the body LOVES exercise and WATER...well, it'd be a nicer story.

EVERY movement that takes place inside of our body involves WATER... not a diet coke.

but - the majority sticks with their aspartame & HFCS tainted beverages and products.. completely unaware of the studies that have been conducted.

It's just too bad that literally everything has those two ingredients in them... it's so f***ed & twisted, that it almost makes me laugh.

Compelling. Depressing. I've noticed this phenomenon myself. What's really sad is that I often opt for the HFCS bread because it lasts a couple weeks longer without spoiling. The fresh bread only lasts a few days before getting moldy. I have a bread maker. I need to get my ass into gear and find some recipes to make from home.

What you need is a nice granary loaf fresh from a local bakery. Ours is actually cheaper than shop bread too, which is incredible given how much nicer and healthier it is.
